Is this an endometriosis symptom tracker?
Yes — but it's built to be much more than that. Most symptom trackers give you a log. Endometriosis Companion connects your logs. It tracks pain, bloating, fatigue, mood, food, movement, energy and cycle phase together, then surfaces the patterns and correlations that emerge over time. The goal isn't just recording what happened — it's helping you actually understand it, and walk into appointments with something concrete to show your practitioner.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Both plans include all tracking features and automatic pattern recognition — food correlations, exercise impact, phase interactions, cycle timing, day-of-week patterns, and more. Companion Pro adds the AI layer: written plain-language summaries of your patterns, the ability to ask Companion questions about your data, and up to 100 AI insights per month. If you want the patterns but not the AI, Basic at $5/month is the right fit. Your 28-day trial gives you full Pro access so you can decide after experiencing both.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 28-day trial, you'll automatically move to Companion Pro ($8/month) — so you can keep everything you've been using without any interruption. If you'd prefer Basic ($5/month) instead, you can switch any time during your trial from your account settings. Either way, you can cancel before your trial ends with no charge.
Is this medical advice?
No. Endometriosis Companion is for education, personal tracking and pattern awareness. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a qualified health professional.
Can I track food and symptoms together?
Yes. You can log food categories alongside symptoms so the app can surface possible food and symptom associations over time — including whether certain food effects are stronger in specific cycle phases. The app tracks same-day and next-day associations, and notes when confidence is low.
Will my health data be sold?
No. Your health data will never be sold. Ever.
